For manufacturing, a number of physical and chemical parameters such as pressure, temperature and ratio have a decisive influence on the final result. These parameters can often only be optimised by time intensive tests which are material expensive. At the same time they are a key success factor in production process.
The main corporate competence of AIPcalc is the specification of different effects using FEM simulations. This makes a global description of complex systems with all internal and external interactions possible. Our proposal includes various services along a R&D project.

The computer-aided simulation of material and device properties has gained ongoing importance in almost all industrial areas for several years. For such simulations experimentally obtained parameters are needed. Whereas the direct calculation of material properties with ab intio methods is new and rising field.
