Optimizer4D - Acoustic emission in new dimensions

What we offer

The Optimizer4D is a Linux PC-System based measuring computer, that has been equipped with special measuring hardware. This hardware is designed to process high-frequency ultrasonic structure-born noise signals (25 MB/s). The signals are converted in well readable process images in real-time. Analyzing tools remove noise, highlight signals and determine deviations relative to previous processes. This way, the Optimizer delivers a complete view of your production process - be it machining, welding, joining or (cold) forming.

By connecting the Optimizer to your machine via standard I/O lines or Profibus, it can adaptively control your machine to operate within the optimal region of parameter space. This way, costs are reduced by saving time for the production process or extending the usage of tools within your machine. The Optimizer4D guarantees for the optimal production process!

The device is used worldwide and is known for its reliability in monitoring production processes: damaged workpieces can be separated accurately from non-damaged workpieces.
