3D Vision Sensor Development and Distribution

EnShape is a startup of the Friedrich-Schiller University of Jena, which is specialized in the design of ultra-fast optical 3D vision sensors. In the last five years, the founders created several novel approaches for high precision 3D shape measurement with already demonstrated 3D measurement rates of up to 1000 Hz. The patented technology offers several advantages compared to the current state of the art:

- online assembly line inspection, even for moving objetcs
- real-time 3D data acquisition and evaluation with currently up to 60 Hz at higher precision than available sensors
- 3D data acquisition potentially up to 20.000 Hz with offline data processing, delivering 3D information for high dynamic scenes or deforming objects
- methods can cope with ambient light or glowing objects
- flexible approach adaptable to different inspection tasks

What we offer

We offer individually designed ultra-fast 3D-Vision sensors solutions which can be used for online assembly line inspection or for the measurement of highly dynamic scenes or objects.

Furthermore, we offer a set of standard sensors, which deliver a constant stream of 3D sensor data at a rate of up to 50 Hz with the highest precision available.

Our technology can be applied to a wide rage of different applications and due to its unmatched measurement rate, can enable applications not adressable with current state of the art sensors.

What we are looking for

We are looking for potential customers or distributors of our sensor technology.

In addition, we are looking for a collaboration with different partners for the Horizon 2020 program.
